Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Pro. If it is not right for you, you can have your money back, no long explanation needed.

The simple rule

Ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, including the first payment and every renewal, and we will refund that payment in full.

How to ask

• Email extensioncreator01@gmail.com from the address you used to pay and say you would like a refund.
• We usually reply within 2 business days.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through our payment provider Lava.top.
• Banks differ, so it can take several business days to appear on your statement.
• Your subscription ends and Pro stops working. The free themes keep working. A refund also cancels future renewals.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are not refunded by default, but you can cancel at any time so that you are not charged again (see how to cancel). If something went wrong on our side, such as being charged twice or Pro not unlocking, write to us and we will make it right.
