Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and extensioncreator01(Russia), the seller of Chrome Themes. By installing the extension or buying Pro, you agree to them.

What we provide

• The free extension. A Chrome extension that shows a soft background picture on websites. 3 themes are free to use, and you can preview the rest.
• Pro subscription. A paid subscription that lets you use the other 9 themes, 12 in total, for as long as the subscription is active.

Prices and payment

• Monthly plan: $5 per month.
• All prices are in US dollars. Taxes are included where the payment provider adds them at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Lava.top, a third-party payment provider. We never see your card details.
• The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in advance; the change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Automatic renewal

Pro is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period (currently every month), and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Either sign in at app.lava.topwith the email you used to pay, open “My purchases”, choose your subscription and press “Cancel”, or email extensioncreator01@gmail.com from the address you used to pay and we will cancel it for you. The cancellation stops future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Removing the extension does notcancel the subscription.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment. Details are in ourrefund policy. If the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights stay in place.

Using the service

• You may use Chrome Themes for personal and professional use on your own devices. Your Pro subscription is for one person.
• The extension, its themes and pictures belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them, or try to get around the Pro limits.
• Do not use the service to break the law or to disrupt our servers.

Changes to the service

We may update, add or replace themes and features, and we may stop offering the service with reasonable notice. Chrome, the websites you visit or Google's rules can change in ways that affect how the extension looks or works; we will do our reasonable best to keep it working.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will work on every website or without interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Russia, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
